Our day spa is a peaceful and tranquil retreat, a place where it really is possible to “get away from it all”. Situated only 8 miles from Carlisle in this beautiful part of Cumbria our day spa is with in a Scandanavian style log cabin and has an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, a perfect place to escape to.
Visit us for a half day on one of our Spa Escapes where you can enjoy use of the sauna and hydrotherapy pool as well as enjoying some pampering treatments and lunch. Or simply make an appointment for everyday must haves like waxing and tinting or choose from our list of spa therapies and have some 'me' time with one of our experienced therapists.
